There are, to be sure, limits to Charles's revolutionism. He wants the kind of change radical enough to do away with polluters and modernist architects, but not radical enough to do away with himself.

I'm not sure Charles realizes that if the citizens of the UK were to ever revolt against their government (a one time ridiculous notion increasingly probable), the royals will not be spared - especially him.
